These Terms of Service govern your use of the Felira mobile application. By using Felira, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of Felira
Felira provides short video discovery, viewing, upload, profile, comment, follow, save, report, and blocking features. You are responsible for your use of the app and for any content you submit.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Felira. If the law where you live requires a higher age to use online services, you must meet that requirement.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Felira. By uploading or posting content, you grant Felira a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, and make that content available as needed to operate and improve the app.
Content Rules
You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory.
- Contains graphic violence, sexual exploitation, or content involving abuse of minors.
- Violates another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity.
- Contains spam, scams, malware, or misleading behavior.
- Encourages dangerous, unlawful, or self-harm behavior.
Reports and Moderation
Felira may review reports about users, videos, or comments. We may remove content, restrict access to features, or take other action when we believe content or behavior violates these Terms or applicable law.
Uploads
You may only upload videos that you have the right to use and share. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploads do not violate copyright, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
Account and Profile Information
You are responsible for keeping your profile information accurate and appropriate. Do not use usernames, avatars, bios, or other profile information to impersonate others, harass users, or violate these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Felira, including its design, software, branding, and app experience, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of Felira except as permitted by law.
Third-Party Content
Felira may display content submitted by users. We are not responsible for user content, but we may moderate it as described in these Terms.
Disclaimers
Felira is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or that all content will be accurate or appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Felira and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice where required. Continued use of Felira after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
